Report from theAnnual Meet 6 February 2009:
About 20 members showed up.
1: Year Report:
May 12: Os Meet: About 53 cars, and about 240 paying persons. Great weather and
a sucsessfull Meet. Our local newspaper wrote about the Meet a couple of days
before.
May 30: Cruising. Vi had a cruising instead of a regular club night this time. 3
cars and 6 persons showed up.
June 7: Street Legal. Vi arrange Street Legal together with Bergen Amcar Club
and Nordhordland Amcar Club. Together we have bought a timer facility. This was
the first time we used it alone, and we had some problems with it. This made it
a little bit difficult, but the meeting was accomplished.
July 4 Meet: Very good Meet. About 70 cars came and the weather was very good.
August 23: Street Legal. This time it went very well. The boys with the timer
facility had some extra teaching this summer.
We also arranged a summer party in June. About 30 members attended and we had a
good time.
We had a Christmas Party in November. There were 36 members attending.

The accounts were reviewed. There were accounts for the garage and the club.

We discussed what activities the members want us to put on the schedule this
year. We had a few suggestions. We aggreed to send out a questionnaire to the
members. On the same paper we are asking for updates on phonenr., adresses,etc.
19.03.2008:
Friday 28 mars is club night at 19.00 in
Allaktivitetshuset.
This evening we will have a "Street Legal" night, where we talk about what's
going on when we are arranging Street Legal at Eikås Motor Center.
We want more people to help us arranging these meets. BUT, if you show up this
evening, it doesn't mean that you have to help us. There is nothing binding by
showing up this evening and listen to what we have to say.
We will be selling pizza, soda and coffee.
About the annual meet: There wasn't so many members that showed up that night.
But those who were there, we had a good time!
We are still one person short in the board. If you want to join us, contact

ANNUAL MEET:
Friday februar 29th there will be the annual meet in Os Amcar Club. It
will be held at Allaktivitetshuset in Os 19.00 PM. This time we
will be downstairs, as we have been before.
Agenda for the meet: Board 2008, account, etc.
Board:
Sigrid - chairman - will run for re-election
Grethe - secretary - resign
Geir - garagemanager - will run for re-election
Magnus - boardmember - will run for re-election
Silje - cashier - will run for re-election
Trine - web-master - 1 year left
We need one new boardmember, who can take over the secretary position for
Grethe. I you want to join us in the board, or have any sugestion to another
candidate, take contact with Sigrid or make the sugestion at the meet.
